Some PCs behind router are unable to transfer
For those users who have their PCs behind routers, they can place the PC 'outside' the router. There is a setting in the router to put the pc public. If a pc is behind router, the progress bar on 123Go may not go past 0%.
We recommend that the Public PC has firewall/antivirus protection prior to making it public.
