      1.The refund applies only to the cost of the product you purchased. Shipping
         costs on boxed products are not refundable and neither are shipping cost 
         to return boxed products.

      2.Boxed products must be returned to Dorotheus Technologies in their original
         software box in good condition along with all documentation received with 
         the product. 

      3.In order for your refund to be processed, the form below must be completed
         in entirely, dated, and signed. 

      4.You must return a printed copy of your original receipt along with the

Terms of Refund  Agreement  (this must be completed in order for your refund 
to be processed).THIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered 
into  by  and  between  Dorotheus Technologies (hereinafter "Vendor") and
___________________ (hereinafter "Customer"). 


By signing below, the Customer agrees that he or she has taken the necessary
measures to delete and  destroy  the intellectual property described in the table
above and licensed  to  the  Customer for use under the terms of the applicable 
software license agreement. 

The Vendor shall arrange  to refund the purchase price of the product to the
Customer once this letter has been properly executed by the Customer and
received/verified by the Vendor. 

The Customer agrees to pay for the Product plus the associated legal and 
administration costs, if any, if the Vendor discovers at a later time that the 
product is in use by the Customer or someone else who obtained it either directly 
or indirectly from the Customer, as indicated by the presence of the product 
registration code.
